1. Overview
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. As our products are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access or use of the product.

  • Incorrect product delivery (e.g., you received the wrong product).

2. Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at contact@ithrill.com. Once we review your request, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card provider or bank — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Still no refund? Please contact us at contact@ithrill.com, and we’ll assist you.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable, unless they meet the refund criteria mentioned above.

  • Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Exchanges
Because our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you have any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve the problem.
